Right in the centre of town, Boiler Room studios cater for freelancers, small business owners and free agents looking for a professional space to work or a meeting room to host clients. Whether you need a space for a few hours, or something more permanent, we can help you.

Need 24/7 access? No problem, become a full or part-time member and with door-code access you can choose the hours that work for you.

At Boiler Room we have two shared office spaces, with plenty of space between desks for you to feel safe to work and store your items.

Our 10-seater board room offers the perfect space to host clients, with all your presenting needs catered for.

For non-members, to rent the board room space is $75 plus gst for a half day, $120 plus gst for full day.

Our team of eight utilised the Boiler Room boardroom for three days in December 2022. The space is centrally located on Hardy Street, included all facilities and technology that we needed, was large enough for our group to spread out comfortably and it’s a stone’s throw from coffee and fuel at Lambrettas. Miranda was a joy to work with, and we really appreciated her care before, during and after our booking. We will definitely be back. - Hailey, MSD team.
