At Boiler Room, we recognise the need for collaboration as well as a quiet space, a place to network, host clients, and get work done.

Right in the centre of Nelson, Boiler Room is divided into three main office spaces for dedicated members. Plus a well appointed board room for meetings, full kitchen with dining area + coffee and tea making facilities, modern bathroom with shower.

Members can host evening business related events by arrangement in the rimu tongue and groove floored lounge area.

Light and airy Boiler Room has a temperature control system to ensure an optimal working environment in mid summer and winter. Plenty of windows and fresh air for the more temperate months.

Downstairs is the famous Lambretta’s Cafe for primo coffee and delicious dining.
